Do I have to add a bot to my meeting?
No. Nothing joins your call. You record the meeting however you like (a video call, a dictaphone, a phone) and send the file to the bot. Only the recording you choose to send is ever processed.

Which languages does it understand?

Where do my tasks end up?
In your own tracker: Todoist, Yandex Tracker, Bitrix24, Kaiten, YouGile, Weeek, or any service that supports MCP. No tracker? You get a clean checklist in the chat. You tick the items you want; only those are created.
How long a recording can I send?
Up to 2 GB per file, multi-hour meetings in full. The maximum length depends on your plan (see Pricing).
