Acceptable Use Policy
This Acceptable Use Policy applies to all use of the Service and forms part of the Terms of Service.
1. Lawful, consent-based use only
You may only upload recordings you have the right to make and share. Where required by law, you must notify meeting participants and obtain their consent before recording. You may not use the Service for covert recording, surveillance, or capturing another person's voice without their consent.
2. Prohibited content
- Content that is illegal, defamatory, or infringes the intellectual-property or privacy rights of others;
- Content involving minors in a way that violates applicable law;
- Videos or other materials processed by link without the rights to them (without the rights holder's consent or another lawful basis), or in circumvention of the source platform's technical restrictions;
- Materials containing special categories of personal data or biometric data, processed to identify a specific individual without a legal basis;
- Materials whose primary subject is a child (a minor) — processing these through the Service is not permitted;
- Malware, exploit code, or attempts to gain unauthorized access to other systems;
- Content used to harass, threaten, or discriminate against any person or group.
3. Prohibited conduct
- Creating multiple accounts to abuse welcome bonuses or free minutes;
- Reselling or redistributing Service access or minutes without authorization;
- Automated or bulk use that circumvents rate limits or fair-use expectations;
- Reverse engineering, scraping, or attempting to disrupt the Service's operation or security;
- Using the Service's outputs to build a competing product at scale.
4. Enforcement
Violating this policy may result in suspension or termination of your account, at the Operator's discretion, without prejudice to other remedies available under the Terms of Service.
5. Copyright complaints and abuse reports (takedown / abuse)
If you are a rights holder and believe your material has been processed through the Service without authorization (including material submitted by link to a video), send a notice to legal@meetresult.app stating: identification of the work; details of the disputed processing (a link or other particulars); your contact details; and a confirmation that you are the rights holder or authorized to act on their behalf. On a well-founded request the Operator will, within a reasonable time, remove the relevant content and, where necessary, restrict the infringing user's access; we also respond to notices submitted in a manner analogous to the DMCA. Use the same address to report any suspected abuse or violation of this policy.
