Terms of Service for MeetResult. Effective 16 July 2026.

1. Definitions

• Service — the MeetResult Telegram bot and its mini app: an AI meeting assistant that turns a meeting recording into a summary and a task list (with a full speaker-by-speaker transcript as a supporting output), and delivers tasks to trackers connected by the User.
• User — a person using the Service through Telegram.
• Minutes — the unit measuring the volume of processed audio (1 minute of audio ≈ 1 minute charged).
• Content — audio recordings uploaded by the User and materials derived from them (transcript, summary, tasks).

2. Subject matter

The Service accepts a meeting recording, performs speech recognition with speaker labelling, prepares a short summary, and proposes tasks (action items) that are sent to the tracker the User has chosen — upon the User's confirmation, or automatically after the meeting is processed if the User has set up a review template with automatic export to a tracker — or returned as a list. The result is provided in a portable open format (OKF bundle) and belongs to the User.

Service delivery time. The Service is provided remotely and automatically, without the Operator's involvement: processing starts as soon as the Service receives the recording. The result (transcript, summary, tasks) is normally delivered within a time comparable to the length of the recording itself and, under normal conditions, no later than 24 hours from upload. The result is delivered in the Telegram bot and is available in the mini app and in your account. Purchased pack minutes do not expire; subscription access is provided for the whole period paid for.

3. Registration and access

Access is open to all Telegram users. On first use, an account is created and linked to the Telegram identifier. No separate registration or password is required.

4. Minutes, pricing and payment

• On registration, welcome minutes are granted; a free monthly allowance of minutes is available.
• Additional minutes are available as packs that do not expire and/or subscriptions.
• Payments are processed through payment providers (including Telegram Payments / Stars). Prices, pack contents and subscription terms are shown in the Service at the time of purchase.
• A pack is a one-time purchase: it is charged once and the minutes do not expire. A subscription is recurring (see §5).
• Order of consumption. When a recording is processed, minutes are used in this order: subscription minutes (the current period's allowance) first, then purchased packs, and the free monthly allowance last. In other words, paid minutes are consumed before free ones.
• Referral program. For users who sign up via your invite link we may grant you free minutes: for the invitee's first real processed meeting and/or a share of their first payment (in turbo minutes, after the refund window). Grants require conditions to be met (phone confirmation, a minimum volume), are subject to a cap, are not granted on signs of abuse (including self-referral), and may be clawed back on payment refund or detected abuse. We may also grant the invited user a one-time bonus of free minutes upon their first sign-up via your invite link, on the same conditions and limits (including self-referral protection and a cap). Bonus and referral minutes are granted for free, have no cash value and are non-refundable. The Operator may change, suspend or end the program.

How payment works. Payment takes a few steps: (1) you choose a plan or a pack of minutes in the Telegram bot, the mini app or your account; (2) you are taken to the payment provider's secure checkout page; (3) you enter your card details and confirm the payment (with an additional bank confirmation via 3-D Secure where required); (4) you return to the Service — minutes are credited to your balance automatically once the payment is confirmed. Prices are shown and charged in US dollars (USD). Available methods are bank cards and any other methods offered on the checkout page, plus Telegram Stars in the bot. Card details are entered on the payment provider's side: they are neither transmitted to nor stored by the Operator. A payment receipt is issued automatically and sent to the email address you provide at checkout.

5. Subscriptions and auto-renewal

• Subscriptions (monthly or annual plans) renew automatically: where a recurring-capable payment method is enabled, the payment provider charges your chosen payment method at the start of each period (monthly or annual) until you cancel. For card payments on meetresult.app the payment provider acts as Merchant of Record (the seller of record) and charges your card each period until cancellation; its identity is shown at checkout, appears on your card statement, and is listed in the Privacy Policy.
• Auto-renewal terms are disclosed before you pay. Before you proceed to payment the Service shows you that this is an auto-renewing subscription, together with the price per period, the billing frequency, the date of the next charge and how to cancel.
• Subscription minutes are a per-period allowance: they are refreshed at the start of each cycle and do not carry over to the next period.
• Cancellation is available at any time from the Telegram mini app or your account: the "Cancel subscription" button either cancels the renewal directly or opens the payment provider's customer portal, depending on the payment method. On cancellation you keep access and minutes until the end of the period already paid for, after which the subscription is not renewed and no further charges are made.
• Deleting your account cancels the subscription. When you delete your account, auto-renewal stops immediately, the stored card token is destroyed, and access to paid features ends. Any refund for the period already paid is handled under the Refunds and Cancellation policy.
• If a renewal charge fails, the subscription may be suspended until payment succeeds.
• When you start a subscription we send you a confirmation (plan, price, period, the date of the next charge, and how to cancel).
• Price changes. We may change plan prices. For subscriptions already in effect your original sign-up price is preserved (grandfathering): a price change applies only to new sign-ups and does not affect your current subscription while it remains active and renewing. Should we ever move an existing subscription to a new price, we will notify you in advance and the change will take effect no earlier than the next period.

6. Refunds

• Unused purchased minutes do not expire.

7. User obligations and consent

• The User warrants that they have the right to upload the recording and that meeting participants have been notified of the recording and (where required by law) have consented.
• The User shall not upload Content that violates the law or the rights of third parties.
• The User is responsible for obtaining participants' consent and for the lawfulness of the recording.
• Processing content by link. Where the Service lets you submit a link to a video on a public platform (for example YouTube) to process its audio track, you represent and warrant that you have the right to process that material and its audio and that such processing does not infringe the copyright, related, or other rights of third parties. You accept responsibility for the lawfulness of such processing and agree to indemnify the Operator against losses, liabilities, and costs from well-founded third-party claims arising out of your processing of linked content. Processing by link is possible only after you have expressly confirmed those rights. For prohibited uses see the Acceptable Use Policy.

8. Data processing and privacy

The processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy. The original audio is stored in the User's library, accessible only to the owner, and is deleted when the meeting or the account is deleted.

9. Intellectual property

Content and analysis results belong to the User. The User grants the Operator a limited licence to process the Content solely to provide the Service.

10. Availability and limitation of liability

The Service is provided «as is», without warranties of uninterrupted operation or of the accuracy of transcripts and summaries. To the extent permitted by law, the Operator is not liable for indirect damages; aggregate liability is limited to the amount paid by the User for the last period. The Service relies on third-party sub-processors (speech recognition, language-model, and payment providers) to operate; the Operator is not liable for their independent acts, omissions, or security incidents beyond the Operator's reasonable control. The confidentiality of any information contained in the Content (audio, transcripts, summaries) is the User's own responsibility — the Operator does not review, and is not liable for, the substance of any Content uploaded by the User.

11. Termination

The Operator may suspend access in case of breach of these terms. The User may stop using the Service at any time.

12. Changes to the terms

The Operator may update these terms; the current version is published on meetresult.app with a date.

13. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Armenia. Disputes not settled through negotiation are resolved at the Operator's location, unless otherwise required by law. If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection afforded by the mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence.
